Ordering

Post & Packing

Postage & a small cost for packing, will be added to the price seen on the website. We aim to post orders out same day, if received before 2pm. Otherwise if we miss the post, we will send it the next day. All parcels will be sent either first class or standard parcel. Unless you ask otherwise.

Payment details

Clementine will accept cheques or cards. If you would like to pay by card, once the order has been packed up, Clementine will call to get your card details.

If a product is out of stock, Clementine will do her best to order it in for you.
